'1.Ptilotis Versicolor. Varied Honey-eater. 2.Ptilotis Leucotis. White-eared Honey-eater. 3.Ptilotis Flavigula. Yellow-throated Honey-eater.' Broinowski was a Polish artist and ornithologist who arrived in Victoria c1857. From 1887 - 1891 he published 'The Birds of Australia' which contained about 300 chromolithographs. Tip of top right corner missing.
