From Frederick William Hulme's 'Suggestions in Floral Design', a late Victorian pattern book for interior designers with stunning chromolithographs inspired of designs inspired by flowers. Frederick Hulme (1841-1909) was an artist and graphic designer who studied under Christopher Dresser and continued the tradition of producing pattern books for ornament and interior design. It doesn't come through in the photo but the gold colour is actually metallic.
