The first professional artist of the colony of New South Wales, he illustrated the earliest volumes of Australian natural history. Copper-line engraving. Published by G & WB Whittaker, 1825. From Edward Griffith's English edition of Baron Cuvier's 'Animal Kingdom', 1827. A couple of marks. Publication line trimmed.
