George Rose (1861-1942) was a Melbourne photographer who started his business ‘The Rose Stereograph Company’ circa 1880 producing three-dimensional photographs - stereoviews / stereographs. He travelled Australia and the world with his stereoscopic camera, producing stereographs for the home and overseas markets. Printed text on the reverse.
