A pair of engravings depicting the making of cider. From a smaller size edition of Diderot and d'Alembert's Encyclopedie (1751-80). Innocente Alessandri and Pietro Scattaglia were Italian engravers and publishers who worked together in Venice. Faint waterstain to the left hand margin.
