Terms of Sale
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship within one business day. Prints are flat packed in acid free board and within a plastic enclosure and then in a board envelope. Larger prints may be sent in a roll if it is safer and much more economical to do so. Postage does not include registered or insured postage - if you would like these services please let us know. We can also send items by express post to Australian destinations, let us know and we can give you a quote.
Returns
Any item can be returned within 14 days of receipt if not as described.
Framing
Many of our prints are unframed to give you the choice of framing in your own style. We have a selection of frame mouldings and can organise framing of any print purchased through the shop. We can also advise of good local framers that can be used. For conservation purposes, we recommend museum standard or acid free materials and UV glass for light sensitive works.
Restoration / Conservation
We offer a restoration service for works on paper. Works will need to brought to the shop and left for our conservator to give you a quote.
Sourcing
We can try to source prints on request and assist in forming collections. Let us know your special interests and we will get back to you shortly.
Valuations
We do not offer free valuations. Please contact us for a quote on either a verbal or written valuation.
Gift Purchases
We are happy to send any of the prints available on our website as a gift. No billing information or invoices will be included in the parcel, these will be emailed/mailed directly to you. If you have any questions in regard to gift purchases please contact us.
